Since 2015, Karen Minter has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry, transforming lives by helping clients achieve their property goals. Before embarking on her real estate journey, Karen served as a juvenile probation officer and child caseworker, where she empowered individuals during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. These experiences honed her ability to connect with people, navigate high-emotion situations, and remain a steady presence when it matters most.

Upon earning her real estate license, Karen faced the complexities of managing a thriving real estate business. She not only mastered the art of transactions but also developed the systems and strategies needed to succeed. Through this process, she discovered her passion for teaching and mentoring, which led her to guide other agents in overcoming hurdles and building sustainable businesses.
