  • GENUP (General Update): Required 4-hour continuing education course for NC brokers without BIC eligible status. Updated annually by NCREC with current laws and regulations.
  • BICUP (Broker-in-Charge Update): Required 4-hour continuing education for brokers with BIC eligible status. Covers broker-in-charge responsibilities and current NCREC rules.
  • NC 301 - Brokerage Relationships and Responsibilities: 30-hour post-licensing course covering agency relationships, working with buyers and sellers, and broker responsibilities.
  • NC 302 - Contracts and Closing: 30-hour post-licensing course focused on real estate contracts, offer and acceptance, and closing procedures in North Carolina.
  • NC 303 - Special Topics in Real Estate: 30-hour post-licensing course covering property management, commercial real estate, and specialized practice areas.
  • RED Flags - Property Inspection Guide: 4-hour NCREC elective teaching brokers to identify structural issues, environmental hazards, and property inspection red flags.
  • Real Estate Ethics: 4-hour course covering professional ethics, fiduciary duties, and ethical decision-making for real estate professionals.

CE Deadline: June 10th

All North Carolina real estate brokers must complete 8 hours of continuing education by June 10th each license year. Register early to secure your spot!
